UX principles
Always show "what you'll pay"
Every product, cart line and booking shows the out-of-pocket amount after Flex. Members came for the benefit; the price tag is secondary.
Every action earns, visibly
Points earned are previewed before the action and celebrated after it. Missions link straight to the merchants that complete them.
Expiry creates urgency, kindly
Flex expiry is the strongest nudge we have. Show days left on home and in the hero; never as an error colour.
Services book, not buy
A third of the catalogue is appointments. Outlet, date and slot come before payment, then a QR voucher. No "call the merchant after purchase".
Readable for every member
15px minimum body, 44px touch targets, WCAG AA contrast (rose 500 never carries small text on white; use rose 600).
Health data stays personal
Employers see departments and categories, never people. Merchants see first name and initial. PDPC notice on login, as today.
